THE E-MAIL LIST F.A.Q.(s)

THE E-MAIL LIST Frequently Asked Questions

What is the E-MAIL LIST?

The E-mail list is a free newsletter that's sent to your e-mail with current news, and upcoming performances about me (Jamal Mathis).

Who sends out this free newsletter?

The free newsletter is sent out personally by me (Jamal Mathis).

What information you need from me to join the E-MAIL LIST?

I ask for your first and last name, city, and zip code. If you live outside the United States, I ask for your first and last name, city, and country.

Why do you need this information from me?

I need this information so that I'll know where my audience is located for touring purposes.

Will my information be safe?

Yes, your information is kept confidential. I will not flood your inbox with unnecessary material, nor send you false information. Neither will I give, sell, or rent your information to any individual, group, organization, or other party.

How will I know if you're sending me information in my e-mail?

In the FROM area of your inbox, look for this e-mail address: mailinglist@jamalmathis.com. (I encourage you to add this e-mail address to your address book so that the e-mails that I send to you doesn't accidentally land in your spam or junk folder).

When I sign-up, why do I have to confirm my subscription to THE E-MAIL LIST?

This will let me know that I'm sending e-mails to real people who want to receive current news, and information about me. Otherwise, anyone can sign up with a fake e-mail address, or sign someone else up with their e-mail address. The e-mail address that you use to join the e-mail list will be the e-mail that will be subscribed.

If I want to cancel my subscription to the e-mail list, will you give me any hassle?

Absolutely not. You can cancel your subscription anytime. In every e-mail I send you, there will be an UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of every e-mail. Just click on that link, and you will be asked to type in your e-mail address to unsubscribe.

If I have anymore questions about this or anything, who do I ask?

You can ask me by E-mailing me here
